Transient Groundwater Flow Using Slide 6.0 - New Tutorials
Transient finite element groundwater seepage analysis is now available in Slide. The first example is an earth dam model, constructed with an initial dry state. The reservoir is then filled and the progress of the water table with time is observed. In the second example, the water level in a dam is drawn down in five stages over the course of 50 days. |

Among numerous new features added to Slide 6.0, there were many improvements done to printing that give users better control over their print outs. This article describes how to do a simple customization of the default footer – adding your own company logo!
Your custom footer can now always be the default choice when printing, an option on many of our other software packages. |
